The room was cozy with nice furnishing like being at home, not sterile and hotel like. The grounds were well kept and vending/ ice was conveniently located. I’d definitely stay again if I was in the area.

Must say I rate this place and my stay 10/10, this place exceeded my expectations. My family spent memorial weekend and this place was great, very very clean, nice and quiet and the staff was amazing and sweet. The convinces of being able to walk across the street to the lake and fish with access to many different parts of the lake, was a definite plus. I will definitely be staying here again.

There isnt much around this location. It was quiet. The floors were pretty dirty. I would say for what i paid, it wasn't bad but not the greatest either.

Owner thought I had reserved 5 rooms, Instead of just 2 for the night. Took awhile to straighten out. First time I had reserved here in Lucerne. Had a nice park area and dock for the kids on the lake just across the street.

We were pleasantly surprised by the property's cleanliness and safety (despite being situated in Lucerne, CA). The property was also very quiet, and the check-in staff was kind. Overall, we would return if given the opportunity.

The property was what I expected, for the price. I wanted a walkable place to a friends in the area. It was quiet and I slept well. That's what I wanted a place to crash with a mini fridge and microwave. The staff was friendly and responsive.

It was peaceful and quiet. The service was good. Cleanliness not the best but they are older units and they are working on fixing them up. I'm usually picky but I'm on a set income and this was all I could afford at the moment.

Old motel. But freshly painted outside and inside. Bath was remodeled. Frig and micro. Comfy bed. Hair on towel and internet was sloooow. Overall, great value for the money.
