「On arrival it was very evident the caravan had not been cleaned for some time. Full stinking bin, bathroom was disgusting. Caravan smelt rancid. I immediately took photos and sent to owner who refunded us £30 which apparently is the cost of the cleaner! Not the best start to a weekend away having to clean up other people’s mess. 「This caravan is so lush!!! Clean, tidy, neat and spacious!!! The veranda is an absolute sun trap ALL day!!!! And I mean all day!!! Very well located and easy to find on the site. The owner Carl communicates quickly. Defo booking again!! Bonus that you can book a few days rather than the usual caravans that you have to book in week blocks. Winner for me and my solo trips」

「No communication whatsoever, we asked before and on the day, regarding taking our dog and check in procedures no response from the host, we were advised to travel and wait until 4pm on check in day and at 4pm our accommodation was cancelled and we were left with nowhere to stay other than a hotel 1 hour away, disgusted with this treatment 」
