Hollywood Casino & Hotel St. Louis
Horrible banging all night long every 30 seconds bang bang bang stayed in the same room two years ago did the same thing then I videotaped the sound showed up to them. They did nothing about it for two years.

The staff were very nice to work with but seemed to be putting out a lot of fires. I wonder if they are understaffed and having to be reactive with issues rather than proactively addressing them.
