「Clean room, nice room, staff accommodating. Very disappointed in the breakfast. We went out to get a decent danish and coffee. Cold cereal didn’t do it for us.」

「The place will surprise you!!! Is a cozy well decorated place. They have everything we need from the coffee to microwave, cute beautiful fridge to comfortable bed and clean linens. The owner stay in touch with us all the time offering help every step of the way. The place is located close to Cooperstown downtown and just off Route 20 close enough to everything you need. I will definitely stay again there and I recommend to everyone.」

「The only places to stay around Glimmerglass are these small motels. This was a lovely surprise. The room was very clean and the owner is so nice. There is a nice backyard to this place that has a pavilion, a fireplace and games. Very family oriented.」

「Quiet and comfortable. Would be nice to have option to purchase a breakfast snack or fruit but not a big deal if you plan ahead. Pretty spot and short scenic drive to cooperstown.」

「The family above our room was banging on the floor and yelling ALL night and we couldn’t sleep. Tried calling the office and left a voicemail but no call back nor did they speak to family. Had to blast the A/C and TV to try and get sleep. When I checked out the following morning all they said was, “sorry”. Will not go back. Poor customer service」

「It was surprisingly a good stay. The workout room needed attention as there was no water and towels available after the first day. Breakfast wasn’t the best but, its hotel breakfast Laundry machines were great. The only downside was I missed the checkout early by 1.25 hours and had to still pay for the room.」

「I wish the weather had been better as I was unable to avail myself to kayaking and evening entertainment. Room was small but cozy and rustic, lots of wood and evocative of summer camping in lakeside cabins. Very old time style of check-in, and the desk is not staffed late at night.」

「Cozy rooms. Available cooking utensils, microwave, toaster and refrigerator. Staff provided clean towels and were very friendly. Good shops nearby and prices are very reasonable compared to Cooperstown.」
