I booked this place thinking it was a different place that I rented the last time I was in Clarenville. I believe they are taken care of by the same people. The unit was clean and the common kitchen was well equipped. Just be aware there are stairs in case that might be a problem for you. Other than that stay was good room was clean. Price was good.

Great place for the price. It was clean and comfortable. The sofa bed isnt great for 2 adults - but for 1 adult or 1 adult and a small child it was great.

주변 다른 숙소에 비해 저렴하고 주방을 이용할 수 있어서 좋았어요. 숙소도 깨끗하고 편안했어요~ 다만 근처에 걸어서 갈만한 편의시설은 없습니다.

Bed was terrible but after a couple of phone calls the bed got replaced by a new one. However the new one was a double, comfortable but not great for a couple. Couldn't get the single coffe maker to work. Good location.

This property is a house with bedrooms, you will share everything with other guest. I was unaware of this when I booked it. There are no staff on site.
