We enjoyed the trip there, the town and of course the hotel. From reception, which was quick and friendly to the bar and restaurant. Pity we didn’t have time for the pool which looked very inviting.

The property is well maintained, comfortable and clean. The rooms are serviced daily and the host is quick to respond to any of your needs. There is no swimming pool or outdoor space on the property, however the location is within close proximity to hiking, cycling trails and an abundance of activities. ...

Disappointment in Clarens
Peaceful cottage with amazing mountain views spoilt by appalling check in from a rude and unapologetic management team. Thankfully access to the property , check in and check out was facilitated by Tommy from Kiara lodge
