「The place was perfect for our family of 5. Close to really good restaurants and supermarkets. The host was easy to get a hold of and responded a timely matter.」

「This listing is outrageously misleading. We were misled about the apartment's accessibility and encountered unexpected and unsafe difficulties with the stairs/landing, and elevator. The elevator exit landing is a tiny step, making it difficult and unsafe to exit with luggage. The elevator is very small. One person and a 30lb suitcase can squeeze in. A 30-lb suitcase is difficult for a single person to safely manage in an unsafe environment with no landing to exit to. The stairs are in awful...

「We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. 」
