「Nice location, easy to find with car and google. Good kitchen but the kitchen utensils were located at a strange place. No dryer in room and no hot water for my husband after I am done with my shower. No one at reception to help with this after 10pm. Not good for visitors who have a nightlife.」

「Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel, le personnel est très sympathique et le petit déjeuner est excellent. Le Seul petit bémol serait la taille de la piscine par rapport à l’établissement, on se retrouve vite très nombreux dans un petit espace (ambiance piscine de camping dans un 4 étoiles). 」

「The receptionist was very nice and welcoming, despite the fact I arrived at 2am. Also the morning receptionists were very nice. Thank you. The room was very comfortable with all the essential things you need, included coffe and tea. The room was all renewed. Bathroom very clean The bed and pillows very comfortable. 「The owner/managers of this hotel are very welcoming and gave everyone we saw a friendly welcome, assisting with dining reservations, advice on the local area and being very friendly whilst maintaining a discrete presence. They were very accommodating with my request to use a small portion of their fridge and freezer to keep my ice packs and butter cool. I could not recommend this hotel highly enough. I definitely want to come back. 」

"Experienced a very problematic check-in. I had to go in and out of reception 3 times before getting the right room. Although I booked for two days, they only programmed the card for one day, requiring me to check in at reception again for the second day. There are still shower repair tools left in the room. The good thing is the hotel is new and located near bus and tram stops. This was the messiest reception service I have ever experienced."
