「I booked 4 superior king rooms months in advance When we arrived, I had 3 king rooms and 1 small room with two small twin beds in it. When I asked about the change in reservation, I was told by the manager - when you make a reservation, your room is not guaranteed and they do not provide a refund on the difference, even though the twin room was substantially smaller and cheaper and not what I paid for. We ate in Cooks the adjoining restaurant on recommendation of the hotel staff and it was very good. Although very close to the motorway there was no noise and sleep quality was great!」
