「I booked 4 superior king rooms months in advance When we arrived, I had 3 king rooms and 1 small room with two small twin beds in it. When I asked about the change in reservation, I was told by the manager - when you make a reservation, your room is not guaranteed and they do not provide a refund on the difference, even though the twin room was substantially smaller and cheaper and not what I paid for. The manager at the front desk was extremely rude and uncooperative. I was at the desk for 1.5...

「Check in was great. The hotel is beautiful and great location. But our toilet didn’t work and when I called I was told that the maintenance guy was on holiday. With no resolution offered until I insisted that we really needed a working toilet. Then we were moved to another room and the rest of the stay was great. It was just a bit off putting that it sounded like we were expected to be fine with a non working bathroom」
