「We didn’t know the area super well and ended up in Larbert when we wanted to be in Falkirk, however, it has easy access to the train and we were able to get around very easily. Denise was an absolute gem and so hospitable. She even helped us chat out our plans and narrow down options and how to get where we were going. Room was great!」

My wife , a nurse was called in to work, don't even dream of asking for a refund, if you manage for someone to answer it's a no. No refund on the room, no we are sorry to hear about that just a terrible, no you booked message, sorry but be warned and please can the qr code in the car park or enjoy another £100...
