This was one of the best “hotel” rooms we’ve ever stayed at in Europe. The staff was very accommodating and welcoming and our room was beautiful and spacious! Absolutely the best hotel bed we’ve had in Europe this summer! We highly recommend staying here!!

The room was extremely clean, modern, with a decent continental breakfast. However, the outside of the premises is not as well maintained. However, the person who managed the hotel was accommodating to the best of her ability.

First arriving did not look like a very good place but once we went to the second floor, where the rooms were located, the area is very nice. Rooms are very spacious. The staff was extremely helpful. Highly recommend, especially if you’re taking a cruise near the port. Good location for restaurants and the port.

The stay was great. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We spent two days just walking around the area to see things. Breakfast was good and the room was clean. Staff was very helpful. About a 10 minute taxi ride to the cruise ship. Would definitely book here again for another cruise out of Rome.

Woman working in reception was excellent. The place and room were very clean. Very spacious and great a/c. However, beware that it is on one floor of a building that is under construction. The front of building had scaffolding and the lobby of the building (which is empty and no a/c) is a mess. You have to ring bell for them to admit you.

The property is very clean and fresh. The breakfast was good. The staff person was very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, her English was limited. The room was large and well equipped. My only criticism was the size of the shower.

Location is great. Short walk from the train station and waterfront. Tons of restaurants nearby. We stayed for one night before our cruise. Host was super helpful in arranging transport from the airport to the hotel, from the hotel to our ship, and securing restaurant reservations. Accommodations were excellent. Room size was good. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Air conditioning was solid (it’s was close to 100 f when we stayed). Drinks and snacks are available for purchase at very reasonable prices. I found this to be a great convenience. Included breakfast was also very good. Will happily book this hotel again!
