「This hotel was a complete surprise! The setting overlooking Lake Como and the surrounding mountains was spectacular! We couldn’t get enough of our balcony view and our breakfast on the Terrace each morning. The staff was amazing! It’s a quiet, family run hotel which was perfect for us. Though we booked for one night, we stayed three nights!」

「nice view! The lady at the reception is very kind. Staying one night there was a good choice for us.」

「Palazzo Genazzini was the perfect hotel.」

「paying this price can stay more more better hotel. so disappointed」

「風景優美的旅館」

「Excellent stay.」

「Excellent customer service from all the family members! Dinner was convenient and good-basically pasta. Great views!」

「Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!」

「Really like the garden suite! Impeccable service. Very welcoming. Staff are very kind. Highly recommended for a romantic stay!」

「Excellent」

「Very disappointing stay considering paying up to Euro 1500/ ++ per night F&B - 2 out of 3 restaurants are booked for event and not available to guest - Food quality is subpar (from breakfast to dinner) Spa - Spa is fully booked for the entire weekend (no slots reserved for in house guests), we asked during booking whether spa needs to be book ahead and was assured availability upon arrival - Heated pool temperature is lukewarm at most Room - Sound proof in bedroom is very poor, you can...

「We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .」

「位置绝佳，就在渡口旁边；主人姐弟俩都很热情；有提供停车位；虽然仅有吊扇，但湖区温度凉爽，还算好；早晨很简单」

「This was fantastic and so wonderfully run. The lady who runs the hotel is so friendly and helpful and made our stay fantastic. The separate beach, hot tub and lounging section is also fantastic. Rooms are large and grand, the staff is very friendly and kind. The small town in which the hotel is located doesn’t have much going on (Bellagio is about a 20 minute drive where there is lots to do). All in all a great place」

「very beautiful hotel.also the town is very nice view.」

「We chose to spend a night here for our honeymoon. The hotel provides a very convenient—and free—shuttle service, which is incredibly thoughtful given that Varenna is a town nestled on a hillside. They can pick you up and drop off anytime from either the train station or the ferry pier ! The location is also perfect—right across from the church and just a short walk to the romantic lakeside path. Upon arrival, the staff greeted us with warm hospitality and pleasantly surprised us with a room...

「Staff were wonderful and helpful. Views of Lake Como are stunning. Beds were rather hard, pillow top is needed. Hotel has 7 parking spots only but on main road to get to Lake tours」
