Awful, disgusting, cockroach infested, avoid!

Booked last minute through hotels.com Received information as to where to check in as it was different to the actual ‘Apartmentos Cala Blanca’, we arrived to a derelict house. Absolutely no sign or sight of the office. The actual office is a 5 minute walk away. We had to walk in the blazing heat with our luggage with a young family. The actual apartments are another 10 minute walk. When we finally arrived at the apartments, the only good thing is the location as it’s close to the beach. The apartments are disgusting. The outside areas are covered in bird poo. Our apartment was horrible, prison like. The apartment had a used discarded plaster under the table, blood on the shower curtain, mould on the walls, ceiling and taps. It was cockroach infested, loose wall sockets and exposed wires. It needs to be shut down. Avoid at all costs!!!

La limpieza estaba bastante bien pero en general podía estar mejor. No hay aire acondicionado, ni horno, ni lavavajillas, la cocina esta muy basica, se vas al verano creo que no estarás muy comodo.

Small and Old Unit!

A very small unit for 5 people. The unit is close to the beach which is convenient. Amenities in the unit are old and dirty. Refrigerator has a nasty smell when opened and lingered for quite a while. Clothes hanger was broken! No beach towel nor equipment provided!

Ideal location for the beach

I travelled in July with my elderly mother, husband and two small children. Hotel reception is about a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Check in was great and they facilitated an early check in for us. However, the apartment we were allocated was up around 10 steps. I called the reception and explained the steps were a bit too steep for my mother who has walking difficulties and they changed us to a downstairs room with no hassle. They were very accommodating. The downstairs apartments benefit from an outside seating area which the upstairs ones don’t. If I were going to stay again it would be on the basis that it was in a downstairs apartment. I think maybe they should charge less for the upstairs rooms because they don’t seem as nice. The apartment itself was clean and well equipped. The pool is heated which was great for young children and has a baby area where the depth is only 60cm. Fantastic location for the beach and restaurants within an easy walking distance.

Apartamentos bonitos, cerca de la playa.

Estuvimos a gusto, un lugar bonito y tranquilo, zona común segura para los niños. Al ir en abril sentíamos mucha humedad en las estancias y en la ropa guardada. Pedimos otra estufa y otro edredón porque hacía frío y nos la facilitaron sin problema. El apartamento estaba limpio y vinieron a repasar cada dos dias. La recepción estaba a unos cinco minutos en coche, pero fueron muy amables y atentos.

Appartement bien situé mais bruyant

L'appartement est très bien situé. Il suffit de traverser la route pour être à la plage. L'appartement est très propre avec un mobilier neuf. Tout le nécessaire de toilette et pour se préparer à manger. Il est également spacieux. La literie est exceptionnel (matelas récent et ferme). Il n'y a pas la climatisation mais des ventilateurs au plafond. Beaucoup de places de parking autour pour se garer gratuitement. Le seul problème c'est le bruit. Il y a des restaurants en face et des bars derrières qui ferment très tard. Nous entendions la musique le soir jusque 1h du matin.

Muy cerca de la playa. en buen estado

Nos gusto el lugar donde se encuentra. Con lo necesario para pasar unos días. Aunque no es nuevo se nota que hace poco que ha sido renovado. Fuimos a principios de junio y la zona era tranquila y muy agradable

Buenos Apartamentos

Estos apartamentos estan situados a tiro de piedra de la playa Cala Blanca, estan completamente reformados y su aspecto es limpio y cuidado. Los jardines y piscina estan asi mismo muy bien cuidados. Electrodomesticos nuevos y de buena calidad. Las únicas pegas son la falta de ventilador de techo los dias de mucho calor, y que nos tocó un apartamento colindante a una calle donde habia bastante transito, pero el nivel de satisfacción es muy elevado.
