「The housekeeping staff was very professional and attentive to guests needs However, I don't think the front desk staff was flexible; after a long 10-hour journey, they weren't willing to be accommodating and let us have the room 30 minutes before check-in time without adding a 20% surcharge.
The breakfast tasted good, but it needed more variety and faster restocking.」
