Right as we entered, the staff greeted us so kindly. They were very helpful with all the questions we had. Rooms were always clean and well maintained. The property is just as it shows in the photos! Newly renovated, spotless, and with really courteous staff. The location is excellent - walking distance to consulate & the mall for entertainment, shopping, and food. Breakfast was great! The are very little amenities past the room. The lobby has very little seating & the gym is tiny with a couple of squeaky machines. Overall we felt very comfortable & safe. This is a great hotel with excellent staff. I would certainly stay here again!

The wife and I had to stay in the area for a little over two weeks. We had looked at other hotels in the area and after some careful consideration chose Confort Inn Ciudad Juárez for the overall rating and price. This has to be one of the cleanest, most well-maintained hotels I have stayed at. The rooms and floors and cleaned every single day, as well as the elevators and the everything in between. The customer service was excellent. Always addressed very respectfully and had many questions answered with professionalism and respect. The breakfast was so good! There was always some form of chilaquiles, but a different sauces almost everyday, topped with cheese, cilantro, and onion. Refried beans and some sort of egg also made the daily line. Cereals, yogurt, and always the sweetest fruits were served. The cooks were very friendly and attentive as well. This place is so great and very close to the consulate if you’re in town for an appointment. Uber rides from this location are 1-3$ each way. We loved this place and highly recommend them!

We were at ciudad Juarez for several weeks and on our last week we stayed there. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good as well. I also bought dinner there and the food was delicious! I highly recommend it, and I wished we stayed there from the beginning of our trip.

rooms are cleaned daily. staff are very friendly and helpful they have this cold water with different natural flavors. The courtesy breakfast is good it changes daily or you can order ala carte, we had a late lunch at the hotel, prices are economical and very good. there's also a little store (la tiendita) has all the basics including snacks and soft drinks. One thing we didn't like, was that there is no laundry room for gusts check with the front desk for a recommendation for pick up and drop off. also, there is nowhere to sit outside no benches no shade, either you sit in the lobby or stay in your room. Now you get 1 keycard (500 pesos deposit for remotes returned at check out) the lights, TV, air conditioning only work if you place said keycard in a slot so if you leave the room everything shuts down, the WIFI was not great.
