I liked that it had lots of chairs and couches. The breakfast was delicious. The room was very nice. There was a nice young man who asked to help with our luggage. The room could use a little more light because we study there. There was a place to eat and have coffee. Beautiful facilities. Online there was a hot tub mentioned so I was really looking forward to relaxing in it. Maybe take that off the website if there isn't one. Also, my salmon in the restaurant was not quite cooked enough and I had a slight touch of food poisoning. The restaurant was delicious and the waiter very professional.

The restaurant was good. Huge pool. Good choice if you have kids. Nothing in the area. The room was okay. Loud music from somewhere on the property til quite late at night.

HORRÍVEL

HORRÍVEL. Na área da piscina, cuja água é extretamente gelada, não tinha atendimento sob a explicação de que somente com vários hóspedes o bar seria aberto. Desta forma as pessoas, e eram várias que lá estavam, precisavam ir buscar suas bebidas. Ruim para o hotel que deixa de vender assim. No quarto o ralo do banheiro estava solto então além de ficar em um local errado, no meio do banheiro, apresentava perigo. A noite muito barulho, sempre tem muitas festas ao redor então é difícil conseguir dormir. O serviço de quarto é péssimo, o telefone não funcionava e tive que descer de madrugada até a recepção. No café da manhã a atendente discutiu comigo com a voz alta dizendo que meu quarto estava errado e estava anotado que eu já tinha tomado café, péssima postura da atendente. Ao final a cereja do bolo foi o atendimento do check-out onde quiseram cobrar itens não consumidos e novamente a diária do quarto, levando mais de 30 min para encerrar. Realmente não vale a pena este local.
