「Lovely little riverfront casitas. It’s a bit removed from restaurants and bars but it gives you the option to prepare your own meals or the hosts provide some food offerings as well. Everything is in great condition and well thought out. Our stay here was great. It was so relaxing going to sleep with the sounds of the river. 」

「Villa Alturas has a beautiful view of the Pacific. The place is clean, the staff helpful and friendly. Unfortunately there is A/C only in the bedroom, so the remainder of the villa is hot and uncomfortable, even with open windows. The ceiling fans on the front porch, where the ocean view is, have been removed...so it is warm there also. My husband and I were in the villa...we had one dinner plate and 2 bowls for eating with. Very minimal kitchen supplies. No kitchen towels, only paper...
