"Clean room nice location easy communication"

"Bed sheets given to us from the front desk had strands of hair attached. I had asked for more pillows at the front desk and was told they did not have any. She never left the desk to check either. The bed was super squeaky and uncomfortable. Felt more like a stay at a motel compared to a hotel. I did not eat the breakfast, but plenty of others were taking advantage of it. "

"The property itself feels old and outdated despite attempts to modernize it. There were stains on the bed cover and the carpeted floor. Sloppy paint job and bubbling wood. That being said, it was as clean as you can get for the age, staff was friendly, and beds are comfortable. Overall okay budget hotel. "

"Great air conditioner, appears to be a new unit, room was recently updated, carpets bathroom and everything appeared to be new. "

"Terrible customer service. I stayed here 3 nights. 1st night they were unwilling to give me a downstairs room without a big up charge even after explaining I have a disability and have a bad time with stairs then I decided to book the 2nd and left early in the morning for business, then I rebooked the room before check out time. I even called to make sure I could keep the same room and was told by the man on the phone no problem. When I arrived to reset my card key at 11:04 am I was told by the female at the counter that because I booked online I was not able to go in my room till after 2pm. The same girl that refused my disability is the same one refusing to let me in the room till 2. Her condencending attitude and rude nature is probably some of the worst I have encountered in a very long time and I recommend staying anywhere else but at this place"
