"this is a retro motel, out in the country, have never seen any homeless in the area. the best place for the dollar in the Silver City area. very quiet, not much of a breakfast. i have stayed there a number if times and just got home today from the weekend. my friends and myself had two rooms."

"The room was clean, bed was very comfortable, A/C worked great, contained a decent sized fridge and a microwave. Only complaint was the free breakfast (6AM-9AM) only being cereal and waffles. There was also a $250 deposit on top of the room cost, but it was released after check out."
