「Communication was lacking. Sent messages that were never answered. If my wife wasn’t Vietnamese I’m not sure we would have figured anything out at all. Kept plastic on the mattresses. Lack of towels. Just did not feel visitor friendly or inviting. Far walk from beach, no view. When I booked it said it came with tickets to NovaWorld/circus land/water park but it didn’t. House and neighborhood was nice. 」

「Language barrier had an impact in our stay. We booked for an overnight stay unfortunately we had an event that may last hours. At 3am, I told one of the staffs that we will extend our stay (using a google translator) for few hours, and we got an OKAY. Few minutes before 12 noon (check out time) I asked the front desk to confirm about the few hours extension upto 4pm so that we can rest but the front desk said, "you need to get out." 「overall is ok to stay. we had good sleep. but there are things need to be updated like window blinds, kitchen utensils, and there should be some microwave safe bowls, hand soaps.」

「in general it is fine, but the wifi & room service has to be improved. the wifi is too weak, and after the staff clean up our room, they forgot to give us the new towel. when we called the receptionist, they kept finding the excuse and asked us to wait for tomorrow, although they gave us the new towel finally. 」

「숙박시설 자체는 좋으나 1.개미천국 2.식탁의 음식을 쥐가 먹었음 3.수건교체 하기위해 몇번을 이야기해야함 4. 조식은 그냥 식당에서 배달 리조트조식 생각하면 안됨(음료불포함) 5. 주변 인프라 최악 어디갈때마다 택시불러야하는데 그랩이 드랍포인트로 밖에 설정이 안됨. 6. 뭘요청하면 급한게 없음 알았다고 하고 천년만년 ㅠㅠ 우리가족 모두 대 실망한 여행이 되어버렸음」

「Terrible service! They didn’t deliver the house on time . The delivery time was 2pm but we had to wait until 5pm. Absolutely awful and i will never come back. Not compatible with the service you selected」
