"First time I have ever had a front desk call my room at about 7/8 at night to see how are room was. Considering I was resting it wasn’t appreciated at all. Kind of made us Leary if they were scoping it out."

"The walls are incredibly thin—you can hear everything from neighboring rooms, including conversations, TV noise, and even people walking around or using the bathroom. It made for a very uncomfortable stay. The hotel is currently under renovations, which wasn’t clearly communicated. When we arrived, nothing in our room was plugged in—lights, fridge, microwave, etc.—so we had to set everything up ourselves. We also received a text saying we could reach out for anything we needed, but when we did, we were told to come down and get it ourselves, which was disappointing. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had."

"I am writing to report a noise issue coming from a party or gathering downstairs. The music and noise are extremely loud and can be clearly heard inside my room. It is currently making it very difficult to sleep. I would appreciate it if you could address this situation as soon as possible."

"The location and surrounding amenities are perfect. Lots of places to eat and coffee shops. It’s just over 8 kms to Roger’s as well. The rooms require a major update and overall are in poor condition. They were however relatively clean and acceptable as far as that is concerned. Due to this I feel it is overpriced. "

"Hotel is overall In Good condition, however our room was located right outside the service elevator and was quite noisy. Also temperature regulation in the room was difficult. Minor issues that wouldn’t effect choosing to stay again "

"The hotel was very dusty and dirty plus very hot we had to keep the ac on all day/night. It had 1 little window at the back. I wanted to take a bath however the plunger for the tub was broken. I would never recommend staying here."
