「Clean and spacious. Kitchenette was nice to have & well stocked. A complementary bottle of water would be a nice touch. Needs more than one trash can. The TV was worthless, could not get local stations, very annoying!」

「Very clean location. Close to just about everything. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was very accommodating with food on site, a gym, and an indoor outdoor pool. There is also a side that has meetings room to allow for a family gathering or party. It was warm and inviting.」

「Room a/c wasn’t on when we arrived. Took a while for room to cool down. Faucet in shower was broken and leaking. Seems like it would have been easily noticed if someone was checking the rooms before guests arrived. The room was clean. The hotel was clean.」

「Not a very good experience. Looks like the same rag was used to clean the floor was used to clean the counters and shower. Pubic hair on the mirror and shower walls. Just to get into the room was difficult. One had to put your whole shoulder into it just to open it. The AC was loud and even louder when the compressor kicked on and would not maintain a temperature. Breakfast was over cooked and not a very good selection. Only thing good was the bed was comfortable. Don’t think I would choose this...

「When we got there the person at the front desk said that the facility was booked solid and that he had only nine rooms available because he forgot to tell hotels.com that there was a renovation going on and could not help us. Also he said that he had to charge me himself for the room even when I had already paid through your website. This is why I had to reserved another room at Lone Star Suites I just hope you are not going to double charge me for two different hotel rooms.」

「It was an excellent experience with very clean and updated rooms, superior bed and pillows, quiet area, very friendly and helpful staff, quick check-in and check-out, and great cold A/C. Will recommend this place 100%!!」
