"Stay was amazing sheets were clean and the bed was soft"

"Very dirty. Stains everywhere. There were roaches in my room. So i went to tell the front desk and the guy was very rude and blunt. and he immediately cancelled my booking with no questions. Didnt ask if i needed another room or anything. Then when i asked about a refund he said there's nothing he could do and my only option was to call customer service which i had to sit on the phone and wait for an hour until connected with someone. "

"Room was disgusting. There was a paper towel stuffed in the hole in the wall where the smoke detector was supposed to be. The sheets were covered in stains and hairs when we arrived. The mini fridge was ripped from its placing and I guess a new one was put in the corner without them addressing the hole in the tv stand where the other fridge was. The handle to control the water for the shower was sitting on the bathroom counter, completely detached from the shower itself. The room reeked of smoke and it was a waste of my time and money. We spent no longer than 5 minutes in that room due to the conditions. Could not sleep there. "

"Hello. The staff was ok. The property not so much. The hotel is surrounded by a fence making it hard to access the property. After we finally got to a gate that would open up. Ok so now we’re set. Got to the room and it smelled like urine. Don’t know why I didn’t ask for a different room… Bathroom ceiling paint was all peeled nasty. Ok come to get out the parking a code was needed which I could not read on the key card. Finally got out. Ok back and trying to get back in thru the entrance gate and it was locked stuck. Broke. We had to physically slide the fire gate open to get in. Very disappointed in my selection of LaQuinta hotel for my stay. Thankfully it was only for one night."

"Everything was nice, except for the strong smell of cigarette smoke in our room. When we first got in, it smelled like cleaning chemicals, but then that smell dissipated and we could smell the cigarette smoke very strongly. "

"The biggest issue was the noise. The door barely closes properly and you could hear everything outside as if it was in your room. The freeway nose was insane. And people in other rooms blasting music at 4AM. I’ll never stay here again. "
