"Amazing hotel, pleasant staff, and great location"

"6 night stay. Staff were very nice! But…We had a suite that would sleep 5. Reservation was for 3 adults. We were only given 3 towels and 2 washcloths when the room was cleaned. I had to continually ask for more towels and washcloths. Most of the time being told they didn’t have any washcloths available to give me. Room only had one small wardrobe with 5 hangers in it, not nearly enough space or hangers for 3 adults let alone 5. Frame on one of the beds was broken, still slept ok but mattress moved around and had to continually be adjusted. No vent fan in bathroom. No hooks in bathroom to hang robe or towels. A lot of wasted space and poorly designed and cramped room for 3 adults let alone 5. Room had not been deep cleaned as we found a tennis ball under the couch and some of the wall light fixtures had quite a layer of dust. Treadmills in Gym were FILTHY and nothing available to use for cleaning before and after use. Laundry room was fine but the door didn’t lock. Had a room key card entry box but it was deactivated. Breakfast was good. "

"The breakfast menu was horrible. We got there and the other guest were complaining that there were miniature waffles that we had to make, but no meat at all, no eggs, no butter to put on the waffles. The bread and bagel s were stale. It was absolutely terrible. I cannot believe they expected the guess to be satisfied with what was served. There was no fresh fruit at all. The room looked nothing like the picture on the internet. When I got there, the hotel smelled bad when you walked into the entrance. There was a heavy odor of some kind of deodorant or deodorizer. I asked to see the room. It was substandard, however, I had to go ahead with the reservation because I could not find a hotel at this late notice. I did ask the manager to come and look at the room because it was my 80 six-year-old mother's Mother's Day present. I asked my sister to come in and look at the room with me. You could see that the walls had been plastered over. The coffee pot was dusty.The phone look like it had not been cleaned in years.The wastebasket, when I took out the plastic trash bag was horrible; hopefully I can find the picture to send you. What made things worse was the fact that we turned down the sheets and there were stains on the sheets as well as the pillowcases were dingy. We didn't have a choice no to stay there because other hotels were book. When we were leaving , another guest was complaining about her room as well. In all fairness , I believe I should get my money back! "

"AVOID! I have never had such a poor experience. I opened my room door and saw several bugs crawling on the floor and the walls. The top cover on the bed was clean, but the linens underneath were dirty and the mattress was stained. The room was nominally non-smoking but clearly smelled of cigarettes. I immediately turned around, turned my key in, and left. For what it's worth the staff did give me a full refund with little discussion."

"Overall my stay was good. My only complaint was on my last night I was forced to leave early because of excessive noise coming from overhead guests. The hotel offered to move me but it was too late at night. Except for that very enjoyable time."

"What we went in the staff told us that the coffee machines wasn't working right in the lobby. We go to the room TV didn't work right. I called downstairs told him they said we could come down to where the breakfast would be and could watch the news that I wanted to say. When I tried to call him from the room phone did not work. No phone number posted for the front desk. I looked in my reservation finally found a phone number and call them. We were going to relax in the room and watch the news and get caught up on the day. We ended up leaving the room I'm going to a restaurant and accomplish what we wanted to we've stayed there a couple of times before they have a sign on the swimming area they're trying to get it fixed quickly over. Or 4 months there's been no change. I like the Hilton I will never go there again"
