"Parking was easy, staff was amazing and welcoming, rooms were serviced everyday of our stay and breakfast was top tier. Only issue I ever had was the bed being a little stiff ( as all hotel beds are), and it being a bit noisy after hours (it’s going to be noisy next to a major highway)."

"Upon check-in, the evening attendant was very nice and willing to help, but he did warn us after I requested a room away from the elevator that they were limited on space so low and behold, I received a room by the elevator, which I have to say we didn’t hear it throughout the night however we did hear the air conditioner and it was loud and it made an off ringing noise that did not allow my wife and I to sleep, but of course the kids slept then the pool was cold and the hot tub had large disgusting suds in them with black floating things in there and there were no towels in the pool area. I had to go request them then in the room the sides of the baseboards were really important condition not at the level of a good Hampton Inn I travel many places around the US and I have to say this Hampton Inn was very below average and after complaining to the front desk, they stared at me like they couldn’t believe what they were hearing. I then asked for the manager, and they replied that he wasn’t here today, which was very odd so I left my number and still haven’t heard a word my overall perception of this hotel is that it isn’t really not worth my stay and I hope people changed their mind about staying at fossil Creek Hampton Inn because it definitely is not worth it. "

"It took the front desk 4 different tries to get us the correct room I requested. It caused a lot of back and forth walking up and down the hotel. Took 30 minutes to finally get into my room. They did not refund my stay."

"Endless supply of fresh ground coffee, excellent connectivity and coverage. Breakfast eggs poor sausage poor, baked goods cereal orange juice cranberry juice excellent breakfast adequate. Extra quiet spacious room with small seating area and bar height desk with seperate light was a nice touch and made working in the room excellent. There was a nice common room on the 2nd floor with meeting nooks and comfortable furniture. Over sized board room, with breakout rooms were very business conscious with power-ports every where. Definitely 5 stars but real eggs and bacon would have sent it over the top for me. Workout facility was state of the art with machines barbells mats towels medicine and balance balls. It was spacious with plenty of room to move and workout. There was even clean well lit laundry room right on the floor. Very convenient. The hotel itself is very strategically situated with a modern gas station convenience store across from the hotel and multiple modern retail areas nearby. Immediately adjacent IH35 West toll and other major roadways. I would definitely choose Atwell and recommend it to anyone looking for an extended stay or just a few nights. "
