Preferred Cincinnati hotels

"pros: amazing breakfast great bar/restaurant staff check in receptionist well informed and polite great area large hotel cons: room smelled damp . called the front desk, housekeeping, pretty much every button on the phone and no one ever picked up. I had to call the hotel with my cell to get an operator. I was calling because no housekeeper serviced my room ( I need towels and garbage bags at the least) they sent them up. then at 10pm a housekeeper banged on my door shouting “ housekeeping “ and woke my two babies up . Never have I ever witnessed that before at any property . property has potential but this stay was just not awesome. "

"Our stay was great. The only issue was the elevators were not all working. There were only 2 elevators and 1 of the 2 was for a wedding party. At one point we waited for 20 minutes and luckily an employee came along and took us down the service elevator."

"For the first time in my extended-stay visits, this place was dirty and needed a good clean. The kitchenette counter was wasted. The fridge was dented in about 10 places. The beds were fine, but the rest of the furniture looked like it was bought at a garage sale. Always have been happy here, this trip, if I hadn't been there for only 2 days, I would have checked out. Sorry."
