We always stay at a Hampton Inn when available and good prices. The breakfast was so so. Eggs watery. One plug didn’t work in the bathroom. Also the sheets didn’t fit the bed.

This hotel was way overpriced and was under renovation. They came to my room about an hour after check in to do an in the room smoke alarm test when we were trying to get ready to leave for the evening. Super inconvenient. And due to the renovation there was limited parking that night. Not good and not worth the money spent.

The room was clean and had most of the basics. However, the room lacked furnishings. There was no place to store your clothing. Living out of a suitcase is ok for one night, however for four nights it is a major inconvenience.

Reservations were made and CONFIRMED for 2 adults and 3 children in a suite with 2 queen beds and a fold out couch. Upon arrival offered a one bed, one foldout couch room! Not an exceptable trade off for a family of five! Management was not on site to assist with the mishap but offered extra honor points via desk clerk!(which we have yet to receive), instead a roll away bed was their solution…… not what I paid for and no concession on price since it was booked thru a third party! Did not compare to the stay@ The Hampton in Mason last month!
