I loved the way Theresa made us feel, she was so friendly and knew my husband was there for surgery at Christ Hospital, she never failed for 2 weeks to ask how he was doing. She made the Inn feel comfortable.

The elevator did not work and used the stairs. Area around seems sketchy, howver the staff was awesome and kids liked the breakfast. The day lady that worked the desk was amazing.

Nice clean room with containers of shampoo and lotion. Very safe. Breakfast was nice with sausage, eggs and tater tots. Towels are very aoft too. People were very friendly and helpful. Great staff.

Just fine for a one night stay. Not great, but not terrible either. The price was right. Property is old but up to date. It’s clean but not immaculate. Bed was comfortable. The area isn’t great. It’s in a weird spot and easy to drive right by it. Both of my Uber drivers said they had no idea the hotel was even there. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The soda machine had zero diet options (other than water).

Our first room had a toilet with a broken flush handle, so they switched us to a second room that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The polite staff then switched us to a third room which seemed much better, but a couple hours later we realized that the sliding shower door was not aligned and had a 3" gap near the top of the door, and a lot of water sprayed into the bathroom while taking a shower. The helpful staff gave us many extra towels to soak up the shower water, as realigning the shower door was too big a project for the janitor. On the plus side the included breakfast was good and the staff were polite and friendly.

Theresa, is the staff member who checked me in. She was very friendly, kind and courteous, very down to earth. My room was nice and clean, spacious. I am excited to return for another quiet retreat. Another young lady helped me charge my phone. Very comfortable, very quiet. Perfect location.

Overall wasn't bad, but the floor was nasty and the towels had stuff stuck to them when they were supposed to be clean. We brought our own towels thankfully. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was good.

Check in was a breeze. Desk person very nice. Parking was good, on site. Our room was clean and neat. Bed was very comfortable. We were staying overnight for a surgery the next day. Was it perfect? No. Could use some updating here and there. The was an odor in the lobby area. May have been an air freshner that wasn't a scent I liked. All in all great for what wee needed.

This place was renovated from a 1980’s dump into whatever is is nowadays. It is impossible to find the phone number for the desk here. There is A Whitecastle Nextdoor so that is good
