Amazing hotel in Potes
Fantastic family run hotel just outside of Potes. The rooms were very clean, the staff friendly and the location was ideal for exploring the Picos region. It's no wonder that so many people recommend it. We had four nights there and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Hotel familiar, con una atención personalizada y al detalle. El restaurante con una calidad en sus platos inmejorable. El personal de sala siempre pendiente de todos los detalles. Lo mejor, todo el personal en general y sus platos ya sean carnes o pescados. Hotel Recomendable 100x100 seguro que volveremos.

this hotel is perfect if you want to explore the area. It is ideally located, has ample parking and is easily accessible. its a short walk into Potes but also not to difficult a drive into amny of the other, less busy, villages. Tje hotel grounds are well kept, the pool looked inviting and the restaurant food good.

Lovely Family run hotel with good food
The hotel is in a great position for exploring the Picos de Europa and has a great family feel to it. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The facilities are good and the pool is lovely. We had some good food here, both for lunch in the bar and in the restaurant. When there was an issue with the hot water, this was looked into and a plumber called to resolve the problem by the end of the day. The rooms are a little small and basic but are comfortable. I would recommend asking for. room a the rear of the hotel as there would be less noise from the road. It's a mile to walk into Potes where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Overall we enjoyed our 3 day stay.

Enjoyable visit.
Great location in the Picos Mountains. Good food and friendly staff. Enjoyed the food and was reasonably priced. Would certainly visit again.

Necesita renovar colchones
El hotel es monísimo, el personal muy amable te sientes como en casa. Pero la cama, la almohada...veníamos a descansar dos noches escapando del calor, para poder dormir. Y nos volvemos más cansados y con un dolor de espalda y cervicales terrible. Quizá sea nuestra habitación que no tenga renovado el colchón. Pero un colchón duro, con una almohada blanda y vieja ... muy mal. Si me asegurasen que cambiaban los colchones sería de esos hoteles a los que volvería una y mil veces, por el entorno, la limpieza y el personal.

Good value for the money
Great hotel on the outskirts of Potes. A family run hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are clean and tidy with a good shower. Breakfast was busy and for the price paid for 4 rooms it was good value. Its a 20 minute walk into town which is nice when you are sat on your motorcycle for hours. Second visit and would stay again

Muy buena, nos gustaron sobre todo la piscina y las flores del exterior. Algunas instalaciones están algo anticuadas (llaves, televisiones) y el desayuno fue un poco escaso en uno de los días.

We were half board. Evening meal was great but breakfast was not. Overall a decent hotel and we would stay again at the right price.

Room basic but reasonably quiet.
Had a lot of trouble changing the booking from 3 nights to two nights. This was not the Hotel’s fault but the way Hotels.com interact with the hotels. The room was supposed to have air con or a fan but it didn’t. As it was not too hot this did not matter. Staff were very friendly but had no idea what my free tour as a Silver member was for. Dinner not served until 8.30pm but very good value as menu of the day comes with a bottle of wine.

A beautiful old house in an old Spanish village very rural very peaceful and isobel is a fantastic host we had an evening meal which was fantastic would highly recommend

Pleasant stay
Has its own car park, and is only a short walk (20 minutes) into Potes which is a pleasant Village with a large selection of restaurants. We decided to eat at the hotel...which was very good. Hotel has quite a large outdoor swimming pool....if the weather permits! Less than half an hour ride to the cable car Fuente De .

Very comfortable room and a great view, short walk into Potes and a brilliant location. No one on check out at 8.15 in the morning - drinks very expensive at the bar.

Hotel was a nice place to stay in the mountains of Asturia or Cantabria, not sure... We spent just one night there to visit the San Toribio de Liebana convent. Potes, a very touristic place full of restaurant and shopping stores is at walkable distance. Room was somehow small but pleasant and clean. WIFI was slow but usable. Breakfast was good but it could be better... I'd rather prefer to pay a little bit more and have a good meal...

Great for touring the Picos
The room was fine. Nice friendly staff. Great value menu of the day. Biker friendly (we came on a motorcycle). The location is excellent for exploring the Picos. We would definitely recommend this hotel

Hôtel confortable mais où la climatisation fait parfois défaut, 30° à Potes lorsque nous y étions, d'autant plus que les chambres du dernier étage n'ont que de petites lucarnes qui ne suffisent absolument pas à rafraîchir l'air. Mauvais connexion wifi dans la chambre

When we arrived there was a wedding reception at the hotel which completely took over the hotel and was noisy into the early hours of the morning . Bathroom needs updating ..... Otherwise all good

Great hotel in a brilliant location
Great stay at the Hotel Infantando. We arrived late, cold and wet and the staff were really helpful. Making sure we had dinner before they closed the kitchens. We'll be back
