"We arrived and kitchen tap was hanging off . Toilet broke first time of flushing and ran all night . Kettle fused first time of use No pillowcases No tea towels or oven gloves - Told to buy our own . Pool motor held open with splintered piece of wood dangerous to walk near. Rusty garden loungers despite told we were the first to stay . After 2 days of our week stay we left as house unsafe , not finished . "

"Villa Kayahan is very well maintained with a fabulous pool area. The villa is very spacious and can easily accommodate up to 8 people with separate en suites for each bedroom. Only thing worth noting is that it is a longer than perhaps expected walk to the town/restaurants etc for eating out so we used taxis to and from (approx 100 TL each way). There is a good local shop for all basic needs approx a 10 minute walk away. Very good comms with the owner. "

"Villabın kiralamasından tutun da son güne kadar çok ilgililerdi. Her gün havuz temizliği için sabahın erken saatlerinde bir personel geldi. Havuza gönül rahatlığıyla girdik. Evin içerisindeki eşyalar çok yeni olmamakla birlikte kirli değildi. Biz gelmeden önce temizlik yapılmıştı ancak uzun süreli kullanımlarda ev ister istemez kirleniyor. "We stayed for a week in this house. The pool area and garden are nice, but the house is old, both inside and out. The furniture is old and dirty, the doors are old and difficult to open and make a lot of noise when opening and closing. The cleaning was poor and there was a lot of dirt around the house.
