Staff were great. Room spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good. Location easy and convenient. But as its on a main road, the noise at night was too loud. Woke up several times every night due to sirens, motorbikes, car horns.

Hard Rock Hotel Madrid
The staff are exceptional - it’s a great hotel with modern rooms, secure, good location. We used their parking, checked in easy with plenty of reception staff who took luggage from the boot to our room. The memorabilia in the open area and halls made going around the hotel fun. Neat gym. Gran View Apartments
The staff were excellent. Check in was dealt with quickly and easily with the female receptionist thankfully speaking English. The room itself was spacious, well-equipped and clean. Location could not be faulted and very little noise for it being right on the Gran Via.
