「The location is great! It has a great restaurants and shops on the same street and is close to the Art Museum, grocery store, and the main street of Condado, which has beach access. This property is great for couples or solo travelers as it is affordable and in a fun part of town. The rooms are a comfortable size and the staff is very kind.」

「This apartment was perfect in every way! It was decorated beautifully, the yard was gorgeous with fruit trees everywhere! It was comfortable and very clean for our party of three. Minutes from the beach, the popular strip to go out, and about 15 minutes from old San Juan. We were provided with beach towels which was helpful! Overall, this place is beautiful and has everything you need!」

「No hot water and I soon as you go outside you get slapped either cat urine. You can not seat outside on the patio chairs because the smell is so unbearable. The ac is in the kitchen part and it gets hot in the sleeping part of the room. Looks bigger in pictures but it’s very small. This was one of the worst hotels I ever stayed at.」

「We had an amazing stay! The property was very clean, cozy, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood was peaceful, safe, and quiet, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our trip. One of my favorite parts was waking up to the sound of the roosters in the morning it felt like a natural alarm clock and hearing the beautiful coquí frogs at night was such a special experience. Everything we needed was conveniently close by, and getting around was easy with Uber. Isla Verde beach...
