「We liked the lakefront view and the room was spacious. We did not like the inability to safely walk across US 31. The road is a constant stream of traffic. There needs to be a safe crosswalk for hotel customers to cross to the mini golf and other attractions across the street.」

「Beautiful hotel and location. The construction made it hard, but not the hotel’s fault. My only suggestion would be to keep the restaurant and bar open later. 」

「Unfortunately with the road construction on Front Street and the building construction right next door to our room/ balcony, I couldn’t give it a five star. I did some floor exercises in our room and did notice a lot of dust on the chair legs - I have to remember to dust the chair leg-bars on my own chairs at home! Every staff member was very friendly and helpful. Kudos to them!」

「On east bay. Traverse has major construction and the hotel offers free shuttle service drop off pick up all over! Huge perk. No toiletries in room so pack ur own. Clean. Staff are very helpful. My room was as pictured. Few restaurants walkable, shuttle drives you to downtown area for more selection. 」
