「Unfortunately, I could not stay at my reservation due to the water crisis in the area. No water for showers or toilets meant that we had to cancel our stay to leave for an area with running water. While the water crisis was not the fault of the hotel, that crucial bit of info would've saved us a lot of frustration & vacation time of communicated beforehand.
