「During my recent stay at Rixos Dubrovnik, I booked the top-tier Spa Suite, expecting a genuine five-star experience.
Unfortunately, nearly every interaction fell short: examples:
- At checkout, I waited over 25 minutes for a bellboy despite multiple reminders until our butler stepped in and we nearly missed our flight
- At breakfast, a manager passed a simple coffee request to a trainee, and only after multiple repeats did the butler fix it.
- A pre-booked dinner request at their restaurant...

「Highly recommended place to stay if you visit Dubrovnik.
Clean room, polite staff and comfortable.
Great facilities and restaurants in the resort area.
Frequent shuttle bus travelling between resort and old town
Self Driving in Old town is restricted and hotel within old town not recommended ( tons of stairs awaiting you).」
