"Os banheiro estava sujo. O box parece que não é lavado há meses e os cantos do piso com crostas de sujeira acumulada. Fique por três dias e quarto não foi limpo. O chuveiro eletrico desligado e a ducha é ruim. Havia pequenas baratas no quarto. O café da manhã é limitado. A atendimento é bom. Só continuei lá pq não encontrei disponibilidade em outro local razoável e bem localizado. Pelo valor da diária, fiquei decepcionada."

Porém, neste hotel a experiência foi completamente diferente. A equipe foi extremamente solícita, educada e demonstrou real interesse em ajudar. Mesmo não sendo exatamente um problema causado pelo hotel, eles fizeram questão de verificar a situação, buscar uma solução e me orientar da melhor forma possível. "Boa estadia. Como não tinha mais vagas no hotel fomos para uma chácara da mesma propriedade. Um pouco afastada. Mas valeu a pena "

"The stay was very affordable and everything went well. The only problem was that the room was not very quiet due to the Highway in front of the Hotel and they little insulation on the sliding door. You probably will wake up before 6am. Besides this, everything was great. The breakfast at the gas station was very nice and everyone at the hotel was very friendly. I will stay there again, but ask for a room at the back side of the hotel."
