「Lisa at the front desk was courteous and got me situated with my room which was on a different floor than the office. Plenty of restaurant/cafes around the hotel. Room was small, but great for a solo traveller like myself.」

「I can’t remember the names but everyone at the hotel was super friendly and very helpful. I can’t say how grateful I was for their kindness. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and had bad back and sciatica nerve pain. They helped with our suitcases to and from the lobby to the room. It was a first time in Rome and the young lady at the front desk gave us many great recommendations on restaurants, shops and were the tourist attractions were. 「Have bus stop right in front the hotel door, you can take bus to every corner of Roma if you have bought a Roma pass. I reserve a Deluxe room, which is clean, and the space is excellent. I like the wash room very much, shower is perfect. Staff are very helpful, I made some mistake on booking date, they help me change that, with no extra cost! They also provide useful information if you ask. Just one little setback, the hotel is located at little distance from the central city, like 15mins...
