"Our stay was decent at best. The room was extremely small and congested. For 4 people, it was too small and they shouldn’t advertise that for 4 people as we did not have room to move around at all. We were also told that we had to return our room key when we left the room because it was the only one left, later another employee told us it was okay to take it. Next day, when we are out with the key and come back, they had did housekeeping on the room. We were told there was only one key so how did they enter our room? One of the pillows was stained very badly, and I dropped something under the bed and it wasn’t very clean there either. The location is amazing yes, but it also is advertised as a view of Eiffel Tower and we got a floor level room with no view whatsoever, this was also our most expensive stay during our trip and definitely the worst. Had we not had such great experiences with our previous hotels then perhaps we would have enjoyed it more but there are better places to stay for much cheaper that I would recommend. "

"Location is perfect, decor is beautiful, cleanliness was top notch. Air conditioner is mediocre, but that is hard to get around in Europe and we happened to be there on a week without rain and lots of sun. We had views from our room (street facing). Comfortable and large room for Paris. Love the tall windows that opened to the street. Staff was lovely. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"One of the best hotel stays ever! The service by the staff was amazing. Any request was met with positive, “will do” attitudes. The breakfast was fantastic, the bar service excellent. The hotel is a short (less than 5 minute) walk from several excellent restaurants. My wife and I were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre. I cannot say enough good things about the hotel, the location, personal service, and our room. Definitely will be staying here again!"

"Great location. We felt safe walking around during day and night. Very friendly staff. Kitchenette had everything needed to cook and prep food. Restaurants bakeries grocery stores all within few minute walk from hotel. I would definitely stay there again. Rooftop terrace had amazing view of Eifel Tower. "

The staff were warm and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Plus, being so close to a variety of fantastic local restaurants was a huge bonus.
