"Positives: Good buffet breakfast spread. Easy, secure paid parking. Convenient location a few blocks from Notre Dame Chartres and across the street from the train station. Elevator!! That was a treat because everywhere we stayed prior to that had stairs only. Negatives: guest-room was very small, making it very difficult to walk around bed with open luggage. Only had one small desk chair for seating. Shower floor was cracked and shower door wouldn’t fully close. "

"They need to have coffee makers in the room, to go downstairs and have half a cup of coffee for five euros per person is costly."
