I think it's a very nice place to stay, it's very quiet. The staff are fantastic. My only issue is that there are no lawn chairs around the pool. The pool area is nice but can't lay around. K would come back again.

How can this hotel still be open. Not many options in Chum Phae so sometimes we stay here. It gets worse and worse every time I stay. Left card on door to service room on two occasions but come back to same dirty room. If you want your room cleaned you have to literally find one of the service people and ask them to do it. I predict this hotel will be finished within 2 years.

Room is well outdated, bed not comfortable was very hard, bathroom had door missing for shower, overall whole hotel needs a good makeover

Wow, how has this hotel got so bad. Lobby and check in fine. Room Discusting. Cockroches, mould, dirty sheets. No restaurant. Air con not cold and bangs. Booked for 5 nights, stayed one, and checked out

The property was very clean and quiet. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom sink faucet water sprayer which was not working properly as the holes were clogged by calcium.

Paid for a room with king bed they gave me a twin room until I corrected them. Then they assigned the correct room. WIFI was terrible. Air conditioner on last leg made loud noises whenever its running. No air conditioning in loby and hallways. Charged me 40 baht for small bucket of ice for room. Cleaning staff was great but hotel has many problems. Cannot recommend.
