The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Parking was a little difficult, but one of the staff members helped me get a spot close to my room. The room was clean, it smelled good, but had a couple flies.

Charming Multicultural Experience

This is a lovely family owned and serviced little hotel/motel. Guests of all walks of life are treated well and the place is kept very clean. Some of the fixtures are outdated or need replacement, but the bed was really comfortable and my room was clean and fresh. This is one of the nicer low priced accommodations in Chula Vista. And the price is quite competitive with other hotels in the area. The neighborhood is urban ish and very walkable with interesting stores and restaurants all along the main street.

Suite is Worth $100/night

Only $20 deposit. And at $100 a night you can get a suite with 2 actual rooms and a fridge with an actual freezer. Plenty of room. No grass or anything to take a dog potty.

the guy didn't let me pay with the Hotel's app even that i show him my reservation he wanted in cash and i had to pay 35 dlls more it's sad they play around with this app i trust the hotels app for every day work related trips , but the hotel was good can't complain about it i like it but the front desk it's shady ,,,,?

Okay but Dirty

The hotel was alright. Good price and everything seems nice. Room service was nice too. Our refrigerator wasn’t working though and had some old liquid (probably oil) in it. Bathroom also was a bit dirty with unexplainable stains 9n the curtain and a bit on the wall. Blankets are thin but not an issue as long as you use the heater for cold nights. Overall a "you get what you paid for" thing, but could use a bit of a paint job.

I don't understand why people leave bad reviews about this place. I stay here vl once a week.. and yes great.. the room is clean. Has microwave fridge cable. Yes it does have a smoke smell... But it's not too bad.. staff is very friendly..
