"Excellent location. Right next to train station and bus station. Staff very helpful in forwarding luggage. Breakfast was fine with plenty of seating. Water dispenser provided. There is a direct exit to the shopping mall and train station. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Don Quixote just right across the street with a bridge so you do not have to cross the roads even. Clean and comfortable. "

"Great hotel located nearby Nagoya station. There is tea, coffee and toiletries available in reception which we really appreciated. The room was clean and a nice size and had a mini fridge which is useful. We didn’t hear any other quests and the staff were very professional. The staff who spoke enough English to help us check in and answer any questions. "Delughtful hotel! Our room was great, and we loved the roof top onsen. The breakfast was amazing, with a lot of local options with descriptions, which is always fun to try. We also had parking for our car, this was at an additional fee. Great area though, easily walking distance to the main streets and alleys."

"The Hotel is in an excellent location, it is just across the road from Toyama Station & close to all the tram lines,shops & restaurants. The room is spacious, clean & the bed was very comfortable. We highly recommend the hotel breakfast, there is a choice of a traditional Japanese breakfast or a buffet breakfast. We tried both and they were excellent. "An excellent Japanese inn, friendly and attentive staff. Easy check in and out process and able to receive and send on luggage. The 'however' is that the beds were a little hard for my liking and the air conditioning was not manually controlled so it was not possible to cool the room overnight."
