From the moment we arrived the service provided by Abdel and the team was something we will never forget. "It is a lovely hotel! Breakfast was fantastic. Staff were helpful. Location is fantastic, just next to old town and the harbour. Lots of good restaurants close by like Chistomomo and Fourogatos. Two small issues. Room was very tiny, but nice balcony was lovely. The description led us to believe airport shuttle was included but that was wrong. You have to take a taxi there and back! "

"A lovely quiet apartment based in the centre of Chania. I was actually shocked at how quiet it was, especially being central and close to the main bus station! The host Diana, is very friendly and made me feel completely welcome with all her help, and warm hospitality. The rooms are equipped with kettle, fridge, tv ,ac, and basic utensils along with coffee and water. The apartment is kept in immaculate clean condition, with rooms being cleaned and towels changed every 3 days. I loved staying here, it was comfortable and cosy..I really loved the warm blanket too!!😊 I will definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking to stay somewhere central in Chania..Diana's rooms are perfect! Thank you very much Diana!!"

"The property is beautiful and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. I do not think the property is at 5 stars as the finishings in the room and attention to detail seemed rushed. Our phone and air were not working, the phone was fixed but we got tired about asking for help with the air as the room gets very muggy because there is not ventilation and a lot of windows. "
