The lady on reception mentioned the quiet time (2 - 5pm), which was also stated on the check in information. On the second day, this quiet time didn't happen - they still played music all day. Unfortunately the...

「Very disappointing experience. We found more than 15 cockroaches in our room over two nights, despite reporting the issue immediately. Instead of enjoying our holiday, we spent both nights dealing with the infestation while travelling with a young child. What disappointed us even more was the owner’s attitude. 「We booked a superior twin room with a spa bath, for a bit of luxury; I am 65, my friend 69. We arrived early & our room was ready but we gad a double bed, not twin as specified. The manager then produced a trundle bed & considered it resolved. Itvwas very uncomfortable & I barely slept for the 2 night stay. Fittings & fixtures are if poor quality & appear to be badly maintained (eg the light switch fell off as I was leaving the room) there was no slip mat in the bath, no full length mirror, ...
