Convenient position to attend a family gathering. Easy parking and spacious. Easy to book and reasonable rates for the room. Though a little dated, it was warm, comfortable and all you need for a short stay. Clean and good ventilation, everything you need. Friendly welcome and quiet setting. Great value and especially helpful if you have a car (there can be trouble finding car park if staying in city centre).

I stayed for 5 nights. Slept super well as despite being by a main road, the windows kept most of the noise out. Staff were super helpful and away from the main road, leafy suburbia in Spring was a beautiful walk.
