The hotel was in a good area. It was clean and tidy. Being over Christmas it was busy, we had a few issues with servicing but this was quickly remedied. Would definitely stay there again.

This motel offers a free complimentary shuttle service to and from the railway station that services the Tranzalpine and Coastal Pacific trains which was fantastic for us because we arrived on the Tranzalpine & departed on the Coastal Pacific trains The motel is within a short walk of their main stadiums.

Have stayed here multiple times & always been good, even bought my partner beer when we had to change rooms on a two night stay. This time round, standards had dropped (possibly a change of management), previous guests food still in fridge & fake fingernails & food behind couch & bed when we moved them so head of bed wasnt under the window. Apart from that, suited our needs.

I booked as it was the only motel close to the train station and also offered a free shuttle to the Tranzalpine in the morning. The staff were great, friendly and helpful, the room was very big, clean and well furnished.
