「Our room was setup nicely. The staff was very helpful especially the bar staff Tom O went above and beyond. The spa was amazing and Sam was very professional and great with her skillful massage techniques. Loved the location, the river view and the hotel.」

「早餐十分美味，泊車方便，環境寧静。」

「Met at the hotel to celebrate a friend’s ’significant’ birthday. From the moment we arrived at reception to the minute we checked out, the staff could not have been more friendly, professional and helpful. The restaurant was very busy but our party was looked after with cheerful efficiency and the quality of both food and wine was of a high standard. Our room was comfortable, stylish and well-equipped and the whole experience offered excellent value for money.」

「Top place and wonderful staff.」

「Great service given an upgrade which was amazing. Will definitely stay again.」

「The breakfast ŕoom was high quality with wooden carved dining chairs and chandeliers. Our guest room was well decorated with good paintings and carved woodwork. and The recliner chair with a footstool was both notable and comfortable. The large sofa was also comfortable. Our balcony with a view of fields beyond would have been a place to relax in on a warm day. The full English Breakfast was both good quality and ample food.」

「Very welcoming and efficient staff at reception, self check in also available. We stayed in a family double room with 2 large, comfortable beds. Tea and coffee available, but no biscuits though, and 2 glasses in the room but no water which was a little strange. Good size desk for working on, if travelling on business, with plenty of sockets including USB points as well as more socket/USB by the bed, which is always handy. wifi had a very good signal and easy to connect to. 「這次入住體驗一般，一天前發送的酒店信息都沒有回覆，入住前到了4小時讓我們等。到了3點自己去問才開始問有沒有清潔好，完全沒有人跟進。這次感覺前台人員都是新人」
