"Food was not that good at buffet Sushi and steak restaurant were great Staff not super helpful with organizing excursions or explaining hotel eating hours No food available from 3-5 "

"Time here was very nice. Staff Dre, Sharon, Niel and Rashawn took very good care of us. Drinks did not stop at all. "

"The housekeeping did a very very bad job. Did not clean the room well. Also the aisles and the stairs were always dirty. The housekeeping were also not friendly and did a very bad job at putting clean towels. There was always lacking some. Also did not change the bedsheet as supposed to. I must say, 2 of the staff members were very friendly and kind. Ms. Rosita from the front desk and mr. Adrain from the security. Adrian was the sweetest. Also very helpful. They definitely stood out. I loved the beach view. That’s why very unfortunate that the hotel is in such a bad state. It definitely needs to be upgraded. "

"Outstanding staff, access to both properties was also great which allowed us access to all 20 restaurants and other amenities. Our vacation started and finished with outstanding reception and service from the transportation driver to/from the airport. "

"Good room with a comfortable bed (not so comfortable fold-out couch, it was ok for kids), excellent air con, basic kitchen. Spacious grounds with nice swimming pools (in particular the beach-side pool was wonderful), mini golf and tennis were lots of fun. Location is excellent. Only complaint would be, and it's a small complaint, that the property felt very quiet, almost like it was fully off season (despite it being easter and school holidays!) there was never any music by the pool, no pool side vibes. If you are looking for a lively place, this is not it. But for quiet and restful (with easy access to other restaurants and bars) it's perfect."

"Great views, nice rooms, good brekfast, resonable lunch/dinner. The Oro is truly a great experience, almost giving O2 a touch of five stars. Great ambience and nice beach. Not a luxery hotel, but fair value for money."
