"Si vous n'avez pas le choix comme nous, une nuit suffit largement. L'hôtel n'est vraiment pas un 4 étoiles mais plutôt un 2 ou 3 étoiles. Le réceptionniste nous a fait croire que la piscine était payante pour 10€ par personne et notre fils voulait tellement y aller que nous avons cédé et payé 20€ pour lui et mon mari. "Overall the stay was fine. We were in the back of the building, overlooking the back yard of the neighbor. So it was very quiet. The bed was fine. The location in old town was very good. An easy walk to almost everything. The only glitches were some sparrows nesting on the lights outside the room. We left the door open and one flew in and flew back out when it saw no exit. The other thing was the small refrigerator. It made a lot of gurgling noises so we unplugged it at night. But...

"I paid for room with Air conditioning. But the room ready for me don't have AC.!!!! After arguing I get room with AC. Hotel is nice but this was disappointing experience."

"We had a lovely stay at U Prejzku. The apartment is charming, with large bedrooms and unique vintage decor, including old sewing machines and weighing scales, which really adds character. The property was very warm, making clothes dry easily, and the garden is fantastic for kids— I imagine it's absolutely stunning in summer with pool access. Cleanliness was generally good, though the washing machine and shower had black stains that wouldn’t wipe off, and the kitchen door frame seal was loose and swinging. The sofa is worn and uncomfortable, and the toaster could do with replacing. The TV is Czech language only; a smart TV with apps like YouTube or Netflix would be a great addition for international guests. Supplies such as washing-up liquid, cloths, and toilet paper were provided, which was appreciated, and parking was available for our hire. The property felt safe, with both the main and apartment doors locked, and keys provided to residents. Location is excellent—about 45 minutes to central Prague, very easy to visit Prague Zoo, and local trains run every 30 minutes if needed. Staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, gave us a tour on arrival, and were very responsive via the app whenever we had questions or needed confirmation. Overall, a lovely apartment with character, great rooms, brilliant outdoor space, and friendly service, though some amenities could use updating."
