「The room, supposedly executive room, was filthy to say the least with worn out floor mat with last few strands of thread. The toilet was not even cleaned. Towels and sheets were shabby. Internet did not work as they had ‘technical’ difficulty and so was TV. Whoever gave this dump four stars must have passed through a real rough patch in life. 「Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs, this was one of the nicest」
