「The hotel was amazing!! a great experience. It was a bit far but the hotel is a 5 Star experience! It was really worth the stay! ❤️ Thank you! 😊 The Free Breakfast was awesome!」

「An amazing trip, Chongqing is truly a magical city. The biggest surprise of this trip was this hotel. They provided meticulous service and exquisite breakfast, which made me feel very warm. The hotel's bedding was also very clean and comfortable, and the design style of the room was very beautiful, reminding me of my time studying in Italy. Thanks to everyone who helped me during this trip!!!」

「It's okay for the price, it's very old hotel and the carpets is a bit smelly..」

「Staff very helpful」

「Time to renew all towels in toilet which are too old to use」

「整體很滿意，房間很舒適」

「Book one of the best rooms in Conrad. King Deluxe Loft for several nights and spent a decent amount of money to have a great experience in Chongqing. Check in was average not great. I was booked in for several nights but arranged with a good view but not the best side of the city. But was not offered the chance to change rooms on a later day. Would have been nice to experience both sides. I don’t mind changing. Second night at midnight the ceiling light in the hall leaked 1-2 litres of water....

「The room service robot used for online food delivery was contactless and convenient. Room was spacious. Most of the amenities in the room were great. Suggest that the lighting in the room could be brighter and 2 lamps were not working.」

「Located in the heart of Chongqing away from tourists areas. People welcomed us warmly and we were kind of celebrities. I recommend this hotel as staff were very accommodating and although we toured other parts of China we kept this for full stay so we would not have to carry our big luggage around China and Hong Kong. Great food and massages just around the corner. 」
